Either yourself or your representative can file, pay, and access detailed information about your tax accounts online.

Also Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) is now on Twitter with user name @CanRevAgency they are tweeting very useful information about tax evasion, tax schemes and penalties for failure to file returns.
They are also letting people know about many services available including Direct Deposit which is a great feature as The Government of Canada will increase the use of direct deposit by slowly phasing out federal government cheques by April 2016, to save Canadian taxpayers’ money.
