The CRA mailing address for tax returns is different based on the type of tax return as well the tax Centre which services your area. The preferred and mandatory method of filing almost all tax returns for tax preparers is the Electronic Filing of Tax Returns otherwise known as EFILE. However, there are certain situations where electronic filing is not possible and therefore paper filing of returns is the only other option and these returns should be sent in paper filed with all attachments.

Listed below are the mailing addresses for those of you who have to file a T1, T2 or T3 Tax Return and have to Paper File the return.
Personal Tax Returns – Mailing Address
For Toronto Residents Personal Tax Returns (T1 – Mailing address for Toronto Centre, Toronto East, Toronto North, Toronto West, Barrie, and Sudbury (the area of Sudbury/Nickel Belt only) If you have to send in paper copies of your T1 Return by mail the mailing address is: Canada Revenue Agency Tax Centre 1050 Notre Dame Avenue Sudbury ON P3A 5C2 As well if you are going to send in a paper filed returns you can attach a T1013 Form or the form can be electronically filed. Non-resident individuals: Mail your T1 return to: International and Ottawa Tax Services Office Post Office Box 9769, Station T Ottawa ON K1G 3Y4 Canada Other resident individuals, not in the Toronto area, can mail their tax returns to the address provided on Canada Revenue Agency http://www.cra-arc.gc.ca/cntct/t1ddr-eng.html Of course returns can be mailed or you could drop off the returns at Toronto North Tax Services Office grey drop boxes located outside of the glass doors on Hollywood Avenue.
T2 Tax Returns – Mailing address for Toronto

Non-resident corporations
The International and Ottawa Tax Services Office assesses and reassesses returns that non-resident corporations file. If the corporation is non-resident, send the returns and related correspondence to: International and Ottawa Tax Services Office Post Office Box 9769, Station T Ottawa ON K1G 3Y4
T3 Tax Returns (based on address of Trustee)
Returns with a trustee address based in Nunavut, Saskatchewan, Ontario, or any location in Quebec other than Montréal, Laval, or Sherbrooke should be mailed to the Ottawa Technology Centre.
